I worked with Shay to sell my Aunt's home. My aunt passed away and I live in San Francisco and actually have never met Shay. All our interactions have been over the phone. I can share my full experience about Shannon and it probably won't ever be enough. She has been the most amazing, patient, proactive, & kind person throughout this entire process. As we know, home buying can be an emotional rollercoaster and if you're anywhere close to how picky I am, it can take years to find the place you consider home.
