Before his tenure as an Agent, Matan spent years leading several Jewish organizations, including serving as the President of BBYO Southern California, a global Jewish leadership organization reaching 70,000 members annually. He is an active donor for JVS SoCal and the Jewish Free Loan Association, donating 5% of his annual profits to support scholarships and loan programs aimed at uplifting those in need.
