My husband and I worked with Feroz to purchase our first house, and we were so pleased with the outcome. He guided us through the process for over a year and a half and was extremely smart, professional, and knowledgeable about the market. He closed the deal seamlessly and had our best interest always. He also helps me to secure the loan in the COVID 19 area in which all banks are extremely busy with refinancing and requires tons of documents.
