Cody was an amazing realtor for us. We took our time on our search and Cody was always there to answer our questions, set up any viewings and everything in between. Him and his team made the buying process extremely easy and was definitely looking out for our best interest. Could not recommend Cody any higher!

In final negotiations, his insight and instincts got us a better deal and he has even helped us with vendors for renovating. Cody was our agent to purchase our home in November (2021). I had been looking for a long time and had used a couple of different agents along the way. We were introduced to Cody by a longtime friend who works with him. It's been a crazy time to buy and Cody was amazing on every level. He was available 24/7 on text/email/ phone and we really saw how hard he worked. We never felt alone in the home buying process. We'd never bought a house before and weren't exactly sure what to expect. Cody had been highly recommended to us. Let me tell you he (and his entire team) EXCEEDED our expectations. He is incredibly easy to work with, knows his stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, specs, etc. He was great about responding to calls/texts at any hour, he always got back to us to make appointments, he was incredibly flexible with his schedule and his advice was incredibly useful. So many positive things I could speak too, but the focus I want on this review is Cody’s follow up, communication, execution and ability to negotiate. Prior to putting my home on sale, I was still a little apprehensive, however, Cody continuously followed up with me, provided market intel, gave his honest opinion and most importantly, was patience with me while I made my decision on selling my home. We worked with Cody to purchase our first home. He helped guide us through everything including: narrowing down neighborhoods, competing with multiple offers, and all of the contracts and paperwork. He let us set the pace from casually getting to know areas to submitting competitive offers.
