My experience working with Wolf was at the top of the scale! He has class and at the same time has a very personal touch while being so knowledgeable. Instantly I felt comfortable and wanted to call this man my friend. An important thing to know about Wolf aid there was no pressure. Wolf is an incredibly affable and competent realtor. The rental property I ended up leasing with him was already lovely, but he was fastidious in his refurbishment of the space prior to the move-in date replacing appliances, re-grouting the tub, repainting and having everything thoroughly cleaned. I would highly recommend him and will certainly be enlisting his services if I ever purchase a home in the future.

Wolf was first rate. His sensitivity to what we needed from a tenant was singular: he took the time to really listen to our specific needs. We were concerned about how long the the home would be on the market. He gave us a realistic prediction and it he was right. He vetted the prospective tenants with a thoughtful diligence that we had not seen before. Wolf went above and beyond and furthermore, he was as attentive the tenant moving in as he was with us. Wolf was awesome throughout the sale of my home. We went out of the country for 3 weeks and during that time, he helped with upgrades and repairs, hosted a successful open house, guided me though the offers, and eventually led me to the close of the sale. Wolf is one of the most wonderful guys and an incredible real estate agent. We took our time searching for a home, he didn't rush me. We found one, and when the inspections came in and there were some serious issues, Wolf was the first to say, "don't buy that house. I want you happy in your new home." so we dropped it, and voila, a few weeks later, we found my dream home. Wolf negotiated with the listing agent and was able to beat out two other buyers. Ever since my husband and I met Wolf this summer we clicked immediately. Wolf makes you feel heard and understood. Even though he has many clients, he makes you feel like his #1 priority at any time. He grew up in LA, so he knows every street and corner of this endless city, which is a plus for people like me who haven't been here for that long. Wolf has high expectations and great taste, and tries to find the best possible for his clients. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

I have to be honest with you, I'm 52 years old, I've been in Los Angeles for over 30 years, I've rented many homes, most (ALL) of the homes I've rented were basically rented out of frustration of the real estate agent(s) never being able to find me exactly what I wanted, or even close to it, and because of my time constraint(s), I would just end up renting what I thought was the best of the worst 5-10 homes that I saw and the one that was closest to my taste.
