Kai jump-started his real estate career as an undergraduate at NYU studying Real Estate Development and Finance. Understanding how to orchestrate and evaluate complex deals helped him secure an analyst position at one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate financiers, where he became proficient in property valuation metrics and methodologies. He then honed his contract negotiation skills working as a business strategy consultant for international tech companies, procuring over $1 million in proposal awards and successfully helping his clients develop their U.S. business presence.
Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, Kai loves being an East Coast transplant living the active and healthy Southern California lifestyle. When he’s not representing clients, he surfs, practices Muay Thai, hikes, skis and enjoys exploring all that L.A. has to offer.
