Amanda is incredibly dedicated to helping her clients find a home that truly fits them. My fiancé and I were looking to buy a house in a central location, but Amanda found us an off-market, pocket listing for a duplex that was even better! Amanda is simply the best! We came to her when trying to decide what to do with our home, it needs repairs for sure before selling. Her knowledge of the market, what buyers are looking for and where our money was best sent was comforting and impressive. She lined up painters, flooring professionals and a plumber. It was whipped into shape in no time. She also took the time to sit us down and talk about our goals. Amanda made the process of buying our house incredibly easy. It is one of the most stressful events a family can go through, but Laila's experience, expertise and bedside manner made it much easier. When I met Amanda in 2016, I told her that I wasn't ready to purchase for at least another 6 months. Instead of writing me off, she continued to stay in communication and would send me notable sales and market stats that made me very knowledgable about the area. Not only did this make the process a lot smoother when it came time to start seeing places but since I am unfamiliar with LA, it made it easier for me to figure out what neighborhood I did want to live in. I would/do recommend her to anyone looking in LA whether you're a native or brand new to the city. I certainly look forward to working with her in the future.
